Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Revify (the “Service”), operated by MPiFY (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Revify helps hospitality businesses centralise customer reviews from third-party platforms and draft replies, including with the assistance of AI. Features may change over time as the Service evolves.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage or cancel your subscription from within the Service. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Connected platforms & third-party services

  • When you connect a third-party platform (such as Google), you authorise us to access and act on data within that platform on your behalf, strictly within the permissions you grant.
  • You must own or be authorised to manage the business profiles and locations you connect, and your use must comply with the terms and policies of those third-party platforms.
  • Third-party platforms are not under our control. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or changes to their APIs or policies.

5. AI-generated content

Reply drafts produced by the Service are suggestions only. They may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any reply before it is published, and for ensuring it is accurate, appropriate, and compliant with applicable laws and platform policies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose.
  • Post false, misleading, defamatory, or manipulative review responses.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or interfere with its operation or security.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service or its underlying APIs.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by MPiFY and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-drafted content will meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPiFY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MPiFY harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content (including published replies), or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
